Don't Do The Keto Diet
SHARE: It's too bad the Keto diet is called a "diet".
Why? Well, when people "go on a diet", they look at it as a sacrifice. They're giving up their regular or "normal" foods in order to slim down.
And that's how many people approach Keto.
Instead, change your mindset to "I'm getting healthy". Focus your mind on the foods you CAN have. There are a lot of delicious Keto meals out there (thank goodness for fat!).
You are now eating foods that give you more energy, boost your mood, regulate hormones, and improve health markers.
Basically, don't do Keto for a smaller waistline; do it to get healthy.
And guess what?
You'll get slim as a "side-effect"!
