A Powerful Way to Stay Motivated On Keto

Look, I understand that diets aren't easy. Most people have a hard time even starting a diet, much less sticking with it.

If that includes you, I have good news. There is a power you can tap into that will change that pattern.

And of course it works for the keto diet!

The fact is, most of our struggles aren't a willpower problem ...or a motivation problem.

It's a "reason why" problem.

The key is to understand the deep-seated reasons behind what you want.

Once you've figured that out ... motivation happens naturally! Willpower to start and stick with a diet magically appears.

Here's What To Do

There are two parts to this: First, what you want. Second, what you DON'T want.

First, grab a piece of paper, and draw a line down the middle.

On the left side, write a list of all the reasons why you want to achieve your dream body or weight. What do you want? How will your life change? How will it change what you can do, or want to do? How will you feel after reaching your goals?

On the right side, write down what you don't like about your current situation. What you DON'T want. What limitations do you have? What will happen if you don't change and things continue as they are?

Dig deep and create specific, detailed scenes in your mind.

Write down anything that comes to mind. Get EMOTIONAL about it. Face your fears. Face your dreams.

The result is something you can read or refer to every day.

You might even come up with a keyword, phrase or mantra that reminds you of the two different scenes you've written about.

If you do this right, it will naturally drive you to be better and stick with your goals.
